Bonhams auction house in London is putting a piano that was played by The Beatles and Pink Floyd up for sale on August 15th.  The piano was kept at Abbey Road Studios and was played on Beatles songs including "Paperback Writer" and "Tomorrow Never Knows."  It's also believed to have been used during the recording of the Pink Floyd's albums Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here

The piano was kept in Studio 3 at Abbey Road and was taken out of service in the 1980s.  The pre-sale estimate for the piano is 100,000 to 150,000 pounds -- that's $152,729 to $229,093 U.S.
